The registration fee will be kept at the minimal viable level by ensuring that each participant’s fee includes only appropriate “per person” costs, and every attendee is considered as a participant and is responsible for paying their fee by the stipulated deadline.

The registration fee for TRTM 2025 is expected to be £275, to include tea and coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, poster session refreshments, conference dinner, and cultural programme.

Each participant is responsible for making their own accommodation, subsistence, transport, and visa arrangements, with appropriate information and assistance (such as visa invitation letters) provided by the Local Organising Committee at this website and by request.

The Round Table does not subsidise its attendance by any participants. However, its sponsors may do so, with the relevant information to be posted in a separate tab on this website.
